Job Description

Avolta Partners is currently looking to add an Analyst to the transaction team in Paris. This role will require the candidate to play a key role in the production of the entire marketing documentation, investment memorandum and financial models for the transaction. The candidate will be involved at every stage of the deal from kick-off meeting to closing. On a day-to-day basis:

  • Working on a wide range of technology transactions and sectors (SaaS, Fintech, Marketplaces, Digital Services, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Agritech, Healthcare) in Europe and meeting great entrepreneurs

  • Preparation of Info Memo, Financial Models, Management Presentation, Teaser through workshops with client management team and senior bankers

  • High level of exposure and responsibilities during the roadshow process, due diligence and final financial and legal structuration

  • Participating in the preparation of marketing and commercial materials such as pitches, research report or other initiatives

Preferred Experience

  • +6 months prior experience in the investment banking industry

  • Strong knowledge in corporate finance and accounting

  • Data-driven mindset along with strong quantitative and Microsoft Office skills

  • Excellent verbal & writing communication in French & English

  • Proven interest in technology, entrepreneurship and private equity/venture capital

  • Maturity and ability to work with internal or external senior stakeholders

  • Major in finance, economics or engineering from a recognized European Business or Engineering schools or universities
